Contact form and intake system
When you use the contact form, the information you submit is stored server-side in the protected internal processing system used by Easy Peasy IT so the request can be processed and tracked. Optional images are limited to JPG, PNG and WEBP and are technically checked and re-encoded before storage.
Internal automated pre-analysis
Submitted information may be classified locally by predefined rules for topic, urgency, completeness and potential spam, security, outage or data-loss signals. No data is sent to an external AI service for this analysis. The result is an internal aid only. A human decides whether a request is treated as trash, follow-up, active request or order.
Abuse protection
The form uses a honeypot, minimum completion time, short-lived form tokens, origin checks and rate limits. IP addresses are not stored in the request itself.
Storage
Requests that do not become orders are intended to be removed when no longer required, normally no later than six months after completion. Trash can be removed earlier. Records that become business documents are subject to applicable retention obligations.
Hosting and processing on our behalf
This website and its related technical systems are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes technical connection data and, where required for operation, data from enquiries, uploads and the related systems.
The provider processes this data to enable the secure and reliable operation of the website and its associated services. Where personal data is processed on our behalf, this is carried out under data-processing terms in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. According to the provider, its servers are located in Germany.
