A request is not yet an order

Submitting a request, screenshot or status query does not create a paid order. Scope, effort, price, timing and any access to systems are agreed before paid work starts.

Initial assessment

An initial assessment based on your description, an image or internal pre-analysis does not replace inspection of the affected system. Early statements about cause, solution, effort or remote suitability are guidance, not a guarantee.

Automated pre-analysis

Automated classification inside the intake system is an internal aid. It does not make a binding decision about acceptance, rejection or commissioning. A human reviews the request.

Do not submit secrets

Please do not submit passwords, recovery codes, full credentials, identity documents, patient records, client files or other highly sensitive information through the form.
